Messier 45 – The Pleiades
Although not officially part of Orion, the Pleiades tie into the “Hunter” story as Orion is chasing the 7 Sisters across the horizon.
The cluster is visible, even from the city. And in the dark skies around the cottage, you can see the faint blueness of the dust when the moon isn’t around.
